She must have misunderstood me but I still don't understand why she would rudely say, "NOT INTERESTED!" after I asked if they offered cosmetic teeth whitening with their current spa services. If she did misunderstand me, why didn't she just ask me to repeat myself? I'm confused. I do have an English accent. Either way, if you have a deep voice and speak with an accent... Be prepared to have the phone slammed in your face in a blink of an eye. Who knows, maybe the lady's ex husband is an Englishman and she just hates Englishmen.
I called this place trying to make an appointment for my wife and 18 y/o daughter. My wife and daughter wanted to have a special "girls day out" and my wife recently stopped smoking 3 months ago so when I called, I figured I'd ask if they had teeth whitening services as well as a family spa package so my dear could just get it all done at one place... The lady that answered the phone answered, "Magnolia" so I started to ask my question and the lady rudely said, "NOT INTERESTED!" and hung up in my face.
I rated them with 1 star but they deserve no stars for lack of customer service and rudeness.
I am kinda new to the area so I asked around about a good hair shop and this place came highly recommend and I can see why. I love my hair and my daughters and would recommend this place to everyone .
